1. Introduction

Welcome to AbroVision Global IT Training. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in our training programs, courses, and related services. By registering for our programs, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and obligations as a participant. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with enrollment.

2. Registration and Payment

Full payment or an agreed installment plan must be completed before or at the time of enrollment. Students are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the training program.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AbroVision are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, non-attendance, or inability to complete the training. By registering, students acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Credit Policy (Re-Enrollment within Two Years)

Students who have previously enrolled and made payments in the past two (2) years but could not complete their training may rejoin a future batch. AbroVision will grant a 50% credit of the total payments made during the previous sessions.
The credited amount will be applied toward the new session’s fee, and the student must complete the remaining balance as a one-time payment upon re-admission.

5. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in class activities. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled, and no additional credits or refunds will be provided.
